The Valor Podcast Episode 4: Restoring a B-52B at the National Nuclear Science & History Museum

The Valor Podcast had the opportunity to speak with Air Force veteran and artist Sean Hampton. He is part of a team that is restoring a B-52B Stratofortress. The plane was one of only a few B-models left in existence and one of only four in the world on display for public viewing. The Museum’s B-52B Stratofortress was used for atomic testing in the Pacific during Operation Redwing, 1956, and Operation Dominic, 1962.

The Valor Podcast and Hampton talk about nose plane art, accuracy in restoring military aircraft, yesteryear nose art, current nose art, and how veterans can use their creative talents to make a living.
